Job description for the role of SAP IS-U Billing Consultant
Key Skills:
Hands on functional experience in SAP ISU including business process definition, configuration, functional/integration/performance testing/regression testing etc.
Strong communication skills for interaction with different stakeholders involved in a Project (ie, in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people). Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Ability to manage varying levels of Business and ITS stakeholders in all phases of incident and change management.
Experience of software development life cycle, including solution design, development and release management.
Hands-on Functional experience in SAP ISU Dunning, Billing & Invoicing.
Reporting and documentation/writing for audit reasons and for smooth transition of projects to support.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (ie, in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).
Knowledge of the Electricity and Gas markets North and South in Ireland is desirable.
Experience of working on large SAP projects
Experience of all phases of project life cycle
Switch document & Workflow Knowledge
De-bug skills required to perform Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge on Billing Master Data configuration - Rates, Operands, Prices, Rate category, Rate determination, etc.
Knowledge on Special billing process: Reversal, Manual billing & Adjustment reversal
Knowledge on Collective Invoicing & Joint Invoicing
Knowledge on Budget Billing Plan
Basic knowledge on Data flow throughout the SAP ISU Landscape via different domains like CRM, DM, Billing & FICA.
Basic knowledge in IDOCs and EDM profiles
Responsibilities:
Work in a functional support/project team supporting SAP ISU for the following functional areas: Finance, Dunning, Billing & Invoicing.
Provide end user support for Customer Services and Registration on SAP ISU Utilities application.
Provide SAP configuration and business analyst skills, Interpret Business Unit Requirements for new functionality and assist with the creation and estimation of Change requests.
Provide support for user tickets and batch support often working alone after hours responding to support calls.
Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business.
Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks.
