Description
SAP HR/HCM Senior consultant - 6 months contract - Remote working - English and Italian speaking
- Evaluate new identified business processes and SAP/SF functionality in co-ordination with the business responsibilities
- Supporting and advising the project team to create the best possible solution for approved additions to the template and accurately translate those into system functionalities
- Creating the functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfases and data migration
- Support the project team all aspects of SAP HCM/SF application
- More that 6 years of professional experience with SAP HCM, specifically Personnel Administration, Time Management, Benefits and Payroll Interface
- Experience with large global Roll-ins including at least three full life cycle implementation projects
- Proven ability to clearly communicate personal experience to the rest of the HCM team, HR business partners and during interactions with other teams
- Highly self-motivated, driven work ethic
- Technical knowledge related to PY & PA SAP Modules
- Expert in Payroll Business Knowledge
- Expert in PY Schema Customisation
