SAP Consultant - BW BPC - Business Intelligence/BI
Outsource UK is currently looking for a SAP Consultant to join my FS client in London for a 3 month contract.
Candidates are able to work through their Ltd company, candidates will be expected to work 2-3 days onsite.
The SAP Consultant will join a leading banking client and work on an exciting project where you will be responsible for ensuring the support; maintenance and enhancements of the Sap BW and analytic tools aligned to the Bank's business priorities and IT quality standards.
Responsibilities for SAP Consultant:
- You will be the technical support of the SAP BI system architecture including UI interfaces and integration methodology.
- Responsible for daily technical support to users of the SAP BI system architecture
- Provide technical SAP BI support requiring investigation, assessment and resolution of support issues which may involve the design, build and modification of SAP BI data objects, mappings, reports and transformations.
- Provide input to the planning and implementation further system enhancements to the production SAP integration and reporting environments
- Responsible for ensuring that all technical and support documentation is updated (including SOPs) so that adequate service levels can be maintained
Essential Skills Required
- Experience of developing and maintaining software in a formal system using source control management and controlled gates with relevant artefacts to support design, quality and support.
- Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation and L3 Support
- BW and BPC experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving gained from hands on experience of SAP configuration in response to business requirements.
