Your mission: Within Digital Finance a major transformation has been initiated, with the focus to deliver digital solutions fit for the future. The model is cantered around persistent product teams focusing on business outcomes within Product Areas that are aligned to the customer's main value flows. Persistent teams are mixing people with the right competencies to make sure that the desired business outcomes can be delivered. In this context we need to increase or capacity when it comes to Business intelligence and business warehouse. We currently use SAP BW as a platform, where SAP BPC is heavily utilized for planning and profitability purposes. Moving forward we will invest further in new platforms and new technologies in this area. The complexity is high, and the automotive industry is undergoing a major shift towards electrification so expect to work with multiple technical stacks in a shifting landscape. We are therefore, in the Planning and Performance steering cluster, looking for a passionate Business Analyst/engineer that can take on tasks with the current and future BW setup and their SAP BPC applications. To the current portfolio we will be looking to adding new technologies such as BW4Hana, SAP analytical cloud and other new analytical tools. It is very important that you feel confident in learning new technologies, and you can elaborate how IT solutions can support business controlling in an efficient and scalable way.
Responsibilities include:
Closely collaborate with other Business Analysts/engineers within and outside the cluster Lead current/future development within the BW area when it comes to SAP BPC Close collaboration with our stakeholders within Finance and outside Lead and define the future integration of planning and analytical data between different platforms. To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
Strong background as SAP BW/BPC developer. Strong experience working with SAP S4, SAP ECC and its data pipelines to SAP B/W Strong communication skills and an analytical approach. Have implemented complex solutions for SAP BPC. Have both deep SAP BW on Hana and SAP BW/4 knowledge in order to support the SAP strategy for the customer in the future. Having experience from other systems/platforms such as Hyperion Financial Management or OneStream is big plus. Working with processes and agile development methodologies in digital product teams. We think you have a university degree or similar. Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
