Role:
Support of data migration team regarding master data migration + testing and fine-tuning Case Management Interfaces with ServiceNow.
Requirements on role:
Ideally candidate should have SAP S/4 HANA Service 2020 or 2021 experience or If that is not available, then second-best option is SAP CRM 7.0 experience combine with classic SAP PM/CS experience or with a SAP S/4 HANA Service certificate or If that is not available, then next best option is SAP CRM 7.0 experience combined with SAP S/4 HANA experience. Data Migration experience to support of data migration team Testing and Fine-tuning the Case Management Interfaces with ServiceNow, so experience with testing, interfaces, and experience with ServiceNow or a similar application. Capabilities required:
Minimum 8 Years' experience as functional SAP Customer service (CS) consultant Minimum 2 full end-to-end S/4HANA project implementations as CS functional consultant. Language skills: Must be fluent in English (spoken & written)Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills showed in practice Communication skills: good communicator, take ownership Should be able to work in the same time zone as the Customer Able to talk with: Business, Team Leader, Functional and Technical Teams.Location: Europe.
Onsite/Remote split: Remote 80-100%, may be 20% onsite, onsite expenses will be paid
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Europe Time, 40 hours per week.
