2. Experience with BSI tax factory
3. Third party remittance
4. Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration
5. Off cycle payroll definition and processing
6. Levy management
7. Garnishments definition, reporting and management
8. Benefits Integration with 3rd party systems
9. Payroll integration with 3rd party systems such as ADP and Kronos
10. Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Compensation and Time Management
11. Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
12. Experience in defining user exits
13. Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Good logical and analytical skills
16. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
17. Experience in working with a remote and online team of consultants Good To Have : An ideal candidate will have minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations for Payroll and 5 -7 years of experience is design and configuration of Payroll module
