Senior PP Consultant
Will co-lead efforts together with PP BPO to drive project initiatives to review & redesign current processes/SAP setup to solve open issues & pain points, eliminate custom workarounds, implement industry best practices, and improve overall productivity & scalability of the manufacturing and distribution center sites.

Client : Medium sized Apparel Industry US client based in FL with SAP in place for 20+ years (ECC6.0 with IS-AFS). Has experienced significant growth recently and is focused on Supply Chain transformation through improved SAP usage.

Required Qualifications & Duties:
12+ years of experience in SAP PP as senior functional consultant, preferably with multiple E2E implementations working for US clients. SAP ECC6.0.
In-depth Functional and configuration exposure of SAP PP functionality. Certifications preferred.
Additional SAP AFS (Apparel Footwear Industry Solution), SAP WM/MM knowledge is a big plus.
Strong knowledge in Discrete Mfg, Consumer products, Apparel/Retail industry domains across Made to Stock, Made to Order, STO, Subcontract scenario.
Should have good leadership & communication skills to work closely with all levels of business operations teams (Business process owners, end users, plus senior management) and cross-functional MM/FICO business & IT/ABAP teams.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions across SAP functional areas- Production orders, Shop floor mgmt, STOs - Inter company, Batch Management, PP Master data, ASNs, HU Management, Inventory Mgmt, COOIS, Reporting
Develop specifications and work with ABAP teams / DW teams to implement necessary enhancements, changes
Implement changes & Support user teams to effectively use SAP PP functionality through leading efforts in testing, training, and process change management.
Should possess cross-functional knowledge in SAP production costing, SAP MM- Procurement, WMS integrations and Data Warehouse reporting.

3 month duration- Immediate start. Extension likely for another 3-6 months.
Remote work Mon-Fri on EST time and should be available for zoom calls in a quiet work environment between 8AM EST- 1:30 pm EST (5:30pm IST- 11:00pm IST).
