Description

We are looking for a consultant who can help and implement SAP Customer Engagement in ISU Utilities for S/4HANA replacing ISU Utilities Interaction Center (CIC0) in ECC. The assignment is to support and guide the current project team with the transition from CIC0 (Front Office) to SAP Customer Engagement. We are searching for a person with practical experience from implementation of SAP Customer Engagement for utilities in S/4HANA. The person is to work together with the project team to bring SAP best practices of the solution and to move the current solution into Customer Engagement in S/4HANA. As a person its important you are able to address questions in English (preferably in Swedish) and that you embrace a team player mind-set with the goal to deliver on time and with the highest quality.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

- Practical experience from S/4HANA Customer Engagement in SAP ISU, SAP customer interaction center (CIC0) or SAP CRM (C4C)

- Practical experience from customizing in S4/HANA Customer Engagement for ISU utilities or SAP CRM (C4C).

- Experience from Customer Interaction Center (CIC0) in ISU Utilities.

- SAP CRM and or SAP C4C

- Fiori and WEB-UI

- ISU Utilities

This is an English speaking Project but we are first and foremost looking for someone who can speak any of the Scandinavian languages and can easily travel to site from time to time.
