Description
As a SAP ABAP developer you will be responsible for the design, development, testing and support of ABAP objects being developed in Procurement area on S/4 HANA greenfield implementation project.
A professional at this position level has the following responsibilities:
- Atleast 10 years of experience with strong exposure on S/4 HANA Implementation projects.
- Good exposure on Procure to pay business process and integration with other SAP modules.
- Participate in Fit to standard analysis workshops and suggest the business users and functional consultants for the best possible approaches.
- Should be able to understand procurement related data model in S/4 HANA system
- Design and develop program based on the functional requirements.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultant to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality.
- Prepares technical designs document and unit testing.
- Proposes, robust solution to meet the functional needs.
- Builds professional relationships with team members and clients, to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.
Mandatory skills:
- Experience of developing of ABAP objects for procurement area in S/4 HANA system(Preferably in Greenfield implementation project)
- Shall be able to guide and suggest best approaches for establishing a clean core system.
- Good understanding and experience of process changes in new S/4 HANA system compared to ECC.
- Implementation exposure on CDS views and other HANA artifacts
- Good expertise on using BTP for side by side extensions
- Practical implementation exposure on RAP framework
- Shall have good experience in building the required data migration programs for S/4 HANA finance objects.
- Shall have good understanding and experience of developing the enhancements
- Strong experience in developing for user, functional and system requirements
- Good Exposure in RICEF objects, Workflow, Webdynpro, OData, ADT, Eclipse, WebIDE and SP Upgrades
- Perform complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules
- Capturing and tracking functional requirements
