If so then we are currently recruiting for an IT Tools Advisor to be based, initially, in Paris on an initial 18 month fixed term contract!The IT Tools Advisor will be responsible for identifying and setting requirements for new project tools and improvement/integration of existing tools. This role will report directly into the IT Tools Manager.
What you will be doing…
- Acting as a liaison between IT development groups and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of current systems.
- Evaluating new applications, system requirements, developments in field of expertise, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field.
- Displaying core job competencies by analysing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
What we are looking for…
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Related IT degree/qualification
- Previous experience in related projects.
- Knowledge of SAP, Primavera, Unifier and/or VPRM.
- Understanding of project Information Management Systems
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to influence and deal with people at all levels
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
