Description
Our client requires a Techno Functional IS-U Billing consultant to join a project in Glasgow. Specifically we are seeking a Consultant with experience in Billing, Unbilled and Debt Management. The role will involve you looking at Exceptions, identifying themes, suggesting and delivering potential fixes to prevent or minimise the number of exceptions.
You will work alongside a senior Functional Billing Consultant and act as the link between the client side team and the remote resources in the Back Office who are processing the exceptions.
This is a Techno Functional role and it is envisaged you will have several years IS-U Billing experience and a strong capability of delivering technical work within the system.
