1. Booking Engine(Marketplace for hotels/Hostels/resort to upsell
their accommodations)
Booking engine is a web-based application through which hotel
owners can up-sell their accommodations. Lead a team of 2 UI
developers and one UX developer. Used Razorpay and Stripe as
payment gateway to autopay the advance amounts to the hotel.
Established route feature in Razorpay and connect feature in stripe to
autopay the advance amount to the hotel as well as collecting the
service fees from the guest simultaneously. Developed an intuitive
and responsive UI from scratch. First version was in angular but after
seeing the potential of SEO, we developed it in NextJs. Connect every
application with GA4 to know the performance of a property.

2. Property Management System
Hospitality Management software which helps in day to day
operation in a hotel. Developed a single platform login system,
from scratch, for hotels from which the front desk manager can
change the live rates and availability on different OTA's like
booking.com, Agoda, MMT, GoIbibo etc on single click. Increased
20% reservation for hotels. Worked with a team of 4 and led 3 UI
developers and 1 UX developer. As we get to know that Google
also has Hotel Center for free listing, we connect the hotels to
google too and bypass the hefty commissions charged by OTA's.
Reduced commission for a hotel paid to OTA's by 25%.

3. B2B Agent Portal for Travel agents
Developed a web-based application which enables travel agents to
have their own marketplace for their linked/registered hotels. Onn
every successful reservation, agents get a commission fixed by
the hotel owner. Increased reachability of the hotel as agents have
to upsell the rooms for their commissions.

1. Harman Kardon Audio Systems
CRM platform for service centers of Harman Kardon (part of
Samsung) in India used to register customer complaints and requests
for their JBL products dealing with 100k+ customer
complaints/requests. Worked in an agile team of 4 developing the
platform from scratch using Angular and Material UI. Developed
forms that can retrieve data from previous complaints or requests,
and analyzed new complaints, which altogether reduced the time
customers spent in service centers. This led to improved customer
satisfaction by reducing service time by 30%. Developed a dashboard
for business analytics and found that most of the JBL speakers are
experiencing complaints approx. 8 months after purchase. This
finding again improved the quality of products and led to a decrease in
complaints by 20% .

2. Sukam Inverters
Developed CRM, spare parts tracking system and inhouse invoicing
system for enhancing the service of their retailers and direct
customers. Worked with a team of 5 developers and led a UI/UX team
of 2. Service engineer app was developed to collect a damaged spare
part and issue a new one. Tracked the whole customer complaint
journey by automating it and reducing the service time by 25%.
Invoicing system reduced the paper work of sukam by 80% as the
system issues an invoice on every spare part purchase whether it was
an inhouse purchase or by third party. Again this led to increased
satisfaction to their client and helped them gain approx 10% new
clients as our process was automated and smooth.
