Technical support and customer service

I consider myself a punctual, responsible, friendly and social person, with a great capacity to face new challenges. I seek to be part of a teamwork and consolidate myself professionally. Where personal achievements and performance are recognized. Pursuing opportunities for personal and professional development.

I studied the carrear of Cabin Crew. I finished it by february 2022. It has been one of my dreams since i´m a child like the computing. 

In 2020-2021 i used to work selling bycicles by my own. For that time, there were the best transport in the pandemic. I used to be always looking at the market and talking to people to find the best price. 
Then the pandemic started disappearing and started working as a seller of canine products for a few months until i was hired in a company called Galeno as a technical support. My main tasks were helping the customer with their problems, fixing computers, inventory management, knowledge of Jira and network.
All what i know of computing i learned it by myself. I have been always a curious guy of technology.
While i was working in Galeno, i used to work by my own too. My business job page on instagram is called @_sos.computers. Providing excellent customer service and being quick to resolve issues has become part of my strengths.
I love helping people and managing their tasks. My type of work consists of being organized and up to date with tasks. I´m very strict with myself.

I talk English since i´m 6 years old. I went to a bilingual school in primary; then i continued stuyding in an academy. My level of language is B2.
