I'm a methodical Manager and have successfully internationally deployed and supported various software and hardware ICT platforms (telecom, payment, banking.) 

Following over 20 years of delivering projects worldwide, I am creative in managing projects and can bring my experience to the table.

I am passionate about Agile so I believe it is the way the current walls that are built in organizations can be brought down. IT is prone to advance even more into a conflict between legacy technology and speedy innovation due to market tribalism. Legacy and speed to market do not live well together unless Agile Transformation is applied.

I evolved from engineering roles (mobile payments) to managing middle and large scale projects ($1.5M) where I enjoy bringing people together. As I am interested in mobile payments, my most recent position in Fintech came naturally. I am PMP certified since 2016, PRINCE2 in 2018, and PMI-ACP as of 2020.

Project Manager in charge of the budget, resoruces, client communication and intra-team coordination in order to deploy a Sales Enablement solution. 

Projects handled in all stages, from kick-off to closing. 

Responsible for a large swatch of clients in EMEA. 

Project budgets around 10k with a duration of approximately 3 months each.

Part time contract but with substantial allocation of hours so that the projects are successful.

Drive Agile transformation for a fully remote, international team, composed of development, functional experts and business. The purpose is to create a pilot mobile and backend application for on the go selling of products.

Runing the ceremonies for the sake of clarity and protocol, conducting retrospectives in order to improve processes. Follow up on inter-communication inside the team, with the goal of increasing agile mindset in all layers of the project. 

Strong corporate governance and multi-year timeline envisioned for the project, once the pilot is successful.

Added a new revenue stream to Asiacell Sales as Product Owner of electronic mobile recharges
solution. Increased coverage by deploying a national network of mobile retailers. Ensured market
penetration and adoption by creating an Android mobile app. As of 2020 the app is still used in
Iraq by over 5000 POS, slashing physical vouchers distribution costs. Speared silos to overcome
serious inter-departmental communication bottlenecks. Poised under pressure I negotiated directly
with directors and C-level executives.

Ich bin ein zertifizierter Manager und habe erfolgreich verschiedene Software- und Hardware-IT-Plattformen (telco, payments, banking) bereitgestellt und unterstützt.  Meine letzte Mission war in Fintech in München, wo ich als IT PM und Scrum Master den ersten Agile Project von die Agile Transformation von Consors Finanz geleitet haben. Zusätzlich zur Herausforderung war die Tatsache, dass das Team neu bei Scrum war aber wir haben im Februar 2021 erfolgreich eingesetzt.  Meine Erfahrung konzentriert sich auf Datenbankmigrationen und Software-Integration. Als Operational Manager habe ich die Cloud-Virtualisierung einer gesamten IBM-Lösung für den deutschen privaten Krankenversicherungsmarkt überwacht. Als Product Owner habe ich in der Produktion ein mobiles elektronisches Ladesystem (SaaS) eingesetzt, das viel Zeit mit Kunden verbringt, um die Anforderungen abzustimmen. Ich bin sehr interessiert an dieser abgelegenen Position und sofort verfügbar. Nach 17 Jahren weltweiter Projektabwicklung bin ich kreativ im Projektmanagement und kann meine Erfahrung einbringen. Ich bin begeistert von Agile, daher glaube ich, dass die derzeitigen Mauern, die in Organisationen errichtet werden, auf diese Weise niedergerissen werden können. Die IT neigt aufgrund des Marktstammes dazu, noch stärker in einen Konflikt zwischen Legacy-Technologie und schnellen Innovationen vorzudringen. Vermächtnis und Markteinführungsgeschwindigkeit leben nur dann gut zusammen, wenn Agile Transformation angewendet wird.
