PeopleSoft Consultant and Project Manager

ERP – Oracle PeopleSoft analyst and developer. Extensive experience in implementations. Highly experienced in delivering change (business change, operational change and managing scope changes) on business transformation projects underpinned by new IT solutions.

Ability to bridge the gap between IT and business. Strong, demonstrable Business Analysis skills (UML, Business Sequence diagrams, Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Visio). Capacity to combine technical knowledge with commercial and strategic understanding. Comfortable summarizing and communicating key issues at Board and lower levels. Ability to translate complex business issues into solutions.

Demonstrable experience in building successful relationships with key stakeholders, manage their expectations whilst owning and controlling project issues and risks. Comfortable leading projects from a business and technical perspective. Specialization in PeopleSoft technical developments.
