Rentkindly is an online platform for leasing properties, where estate agents can list the properties. People
who are interested can apply for leasing the property and once the manager is done with all the check
related to applicants, they can sign the agreement online. Also, the portal allows lease renewals and
managing contractors for the agents. users can create service requests if there is any issue then
manager can assign the request to contractors depending on their price quotes.
Employee's Roles & Responsibilities in the project:
Gather business requirements and create tasks by breaking up the story into user tasks.
Work on business logic according to user tasks using spring framework.
Maintaining security, builds, and deployments.
Design the views using thyme leaf.
Quality control and evaluation of deliverables.
