Role & Responsibilities: Attending a workshop with businesses to get information about existing business processes and their requirement. And explain Harmony Template relevant process. Find the gap and provide a solution for the same. Also providing SAP SD process training to the business key user about the sap transaction process.  Initial Master data upload and Project handover documentation for the support team. Also had recent on-site in Angola country in Africa.
