* This project is for Samsung internal office which provide maintenance
request support for their manufactured chips.
* I have worked on understanding of requirements and worked on development too.
* Design and Implemented Escalation process module to escalate
various support tickets and send them gentle reminder e-mails.
* Given Demo Of purchase requisition module (Purchase Agreement) to
project manager.

* Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo issues.
* Worked closely with IT department to ensure Odoo application was securely built, to protect vital
business data.
* Effectively communication with junior Odoo developers/ Senior Developers.
