Roles and Responsibilities :-

* Worked on Functional validation tests, Validation activities pre and post upgrade.
* Worked on upgrade cook book and Test scripts.
* Good exposure on Incident management Process and Service Now Tools during Hyper care
support and resolve hyper care issues by working with business and technical support
including on- call hours.
* Responsible for creation of Functional Specifications for the GAP IDs identified during
explore phase
* Manage business requirement documentation, implement configurations, develop
functional/technical specifications, write test scripts.
* End to End master data creation involving Business partner maintenance, Resource
creation, Location and Transportation zone maintenance, Transportation Lane and Default
Route maintenance, Rate table, Calculation sheets and Freight agreement maintenance.

Project Description: Ikea Order to cash error handling

* Movement of Customer data from Legacy account to SAP S4 HANA
* Reporting of updated data from legacy systems and SAP S4 HANA
* Validating Sales Order and the Return Order
* Identifying errors in Sales Order and Return Order and rectifying before moving to SAP
S4 HANA
* Creation of CN (Credit Note) and CMR (Credit Memo Request) by using T codes in SAP
S4 HANA Sharing the allocation files to the business
