I’m a hands-on CTO with a strong background in building and leading engineering teams across complex, large-scale systems. I’ve worked with a wide range of technologies (Java/Spring, Node.js, modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native and distributed systems), but my focus is on delivering business value rather than specific tools.

I have extensive experience leading greenfield projects end-to-end — from early discovery and planning through system design, development, testing, and release — working with clients ranging from SMEs to large multinational organizations.

I’m comfortable operating in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), facilitating planning, estimation, and iterative delivery. I place strong emphasis on clear communication, realistic scoping, and maintaining a sustainable development pace.

As a leader, I prioritize building effective teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders. I have a strong sense for project planning and estimation, and I’m experienced in managing complex delivery cycles with evolving requirements.
