- Responsible for the product vision and strategic product roadmap, specifically with a focus on expansion
into the e-commerce segment and the North American region, resulting in major wins like JC Penny,
Deckers Brands, John Deer, etc., and a 200% ARR increase for the North American business alone.
- Led the development of a new SaaS product that improved overall customer retention rates, and was
adopted by major customers like the LVMH group.
- Built an analytics platform to track user behavior, identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, and
optimize the user experience, resulting in an improvement in the SUS by 15% as well as the overall
NPS score.
- Worked on growth initiatives through integration with partners like Salesforce, commercetools,
Dynamic Yield, Kibo, Algolia, and AI services from wonki for content personalization.
- Laid the foundations of a centralized data lake to store all product, engineering, and business metrics to
enable the product teams to be data-informed and data-driven.
- Manage a team of 14 Product managers and Product Designers, and was indirectly responsible for the
work of the tech org of 6 SCRUM teams and 60+ engineers, to build out new MVPs as well as
enhancements to existing features of our flagship product.
- Launched a host of internal product processes for customer feedback, stakeholder insights, design
strategy, etc.
- Active involvement and influence in the M&A initiative as a part of the due diligence process to
proactively identify synergies in product and technology.
