Deutsche Telekom 5G Project: Technical Lead for 5G BSS PoC implementations. Responsible for the overall conceptual design and billing related deliverables.

Fizz: Lead Analyst for Mediation, Provisioning and Online Charging System for a green field MVNO in Quebec Province, Canada. Responsibilities included following up integration with Network elements such as SMSC, SCP, PGW, and with BSS systems (CRM); gathering customer requirements and making sure that the deliveries match these requirements; weekly liaisons with the customer representatives.

Turkcell Revenue Assurance Project: Implementation of WeDo Technologies RAID tool for Rating and Billing Validations, E2E and Provisioning controls. Acted as the Lead Business Analyst during the first phase of the project and then took over the Project Manager / Design Lead role during other phases.

Avea Rating and Invoice Verification Project: Acted as Revenue Assurance Consultant during implementation of in-house developed rating and invoice validation tool.

Aksa Utilities Charging: Lead Business Analyst in the development and implementation of an in-house developed energy charging and billing tool, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration.

Acted as Vodafone Turkey Account Manager, following up leads, projects and deliverables of IBM GBS; as well as a consultant in various Charging & Billing project proposals.
