Since 2018, I have been active in various IT projects for large customers in the automotive and household appliance industries from southern Germany. My portfolio ranges from project management, change management to quality management and IT architecture management.
The focus of my extensive experience lies in the areas of agile and classic project management in standardized and scaled environments and is backed up with various certificates. In order to be able to offer my customers a fully comprehensive consulting approach in their (IT) projects, I have also successfully completed certifications in Java, ITIL and SixSigma quality management.
My core philosophy in my consulting and coaching is to empower my clients with customized solutions based on my years of experience and best practice approaches. Even though my goal is always to make myself dispensable through the transfer of know-how, I consider this approach to be the right one.
In order to successfully carry out the transformations of projects, programs or entire departments in the context of change management, I used a variety of tools right from the start. In my previous professional career I served 7 years as a Mountain Infantry Officer in the German Armed Forces.
My functions were group & platoon leader (comparatively department head) in battalions in Southern Germany and G3 officer (comparatively project manager with SAP reference) in offices around Berlin.
