Senior Tibco BPM Lead

Tibco developer, I was positioned in multiple roles including architect, solution design,
technical lead and functional lead due to my knowledge of Tibco BPM architectures together with
an understanding of 'end to end' processing. In addition I was responsible for management of all
NCS infrastructure (VM platform) including installations, upgrades and support due to my detailed
knowledge of the Tibco software stack. The project implemented a custom front-end (.NET)
therefore the iProcess SSO API's were utilised. This involved coordination and education of
off-shore resources (Singapore and Suzhou).

* Tibco Fix Lead role on major telecommunications transformation project. Initially engaged as
Senior Tibco developer, I was positioned in lead role (SIT Fix Team) due to my knowledge of both
Siebel and Tibco integration architectures together with an understanding of 'end to end'
processing. A key challenge was to implement governance mechanisms and quality control measures
to enhance defect resolution and implement technically correct solutions. This involved
coordination and education of off-shore resources (Chennai).

* Functional lead for 'mass' mail communication fulfilment solution for major Oracle (Siebel)
upgrade project. Initially employed as an Integration Specialist, I demonstrated initiative and
leadership by acquiring ownership of this solution. As functional lead, I was responsible for all
components of the solution, including configuration, automation, integration and resource
management. At the same time, I worked in a consulting capacity with client Architect to drive
solution enhancements to the existing legacy messaging architecture. As a result a new messaging
architecture incorporating complex data transformation layer was adopted.

* As the Siebel integration subject matter expert, I have been employed in a solution design
capacity on 2 Siebel releases. I have also been engaged in major integration initiatives at the
National Australia Bank including a proof of concept to evaluate rapid development and deployment
of a loan origination system utilising the Tibco suite of products.

* I have successfully designed, tested and implemented multiple application enhancements to
existing Siebel solutions, each requiring stringent planning to reduce potential impacts to
existing components. I have been involved in the National Australia Bank's three major projects
engaged for the complete lifecycle - high level design, detailed design, build, unit test,
performance tuning, support and implementation. During this time I maintained an excellent
working relationship with all stakeholders from business owners, middleware, contractors,
testers, Siebel expert services and fellow colleagues.

* I have enhanced my previous management experience through internal team lead appointments and
mentoring opportunities in an information technology environment. I have gained extensive
knowledge of architectures, solution design and process methodologies and as opportunities
presented, implemented these methodologies.

* I have extensive experience in enterprise integration, middleware architectures and interfacing
technologies utilising XML, XSLT, MQSeries, Worklfow processing and Integration Object's.
