Skills
MICROSOFT OFFICEMy name is Catalina Lamarca, graduated in Psychology and Psychopedagogy, Postgraduate in Human Resources Management at UDESA.
I define myself as a detailed oriented, well- organized and dedicated person. I am perseverant, constantly seeking to challenge myself, both professionally and personally, studying new things, taking courses and others autonomously, getting involved in projects and practicing hobbies.
I consider myself to be a decisive person, who listens to others carefully and manages to transmit human warmth, confidence and excellence when carrying out tasks in her teams.
Professionally and personally, I can adapt to situations that arise on the way, having been able, for example, to live and study in foreign countries and cities, getting involved and learning about the different cultures.
Regarding languages, I have bilingual English skills and Portuguese knowledge, this last being one of the accomplishments that I am particularly proud of as I recently started studying the language, without any prior knowledge. Thanks to my perseverance, I am today much more advanced, having included it in my day-to-day life. I believe in learning, if people are motivated, if they set goals and think long term, they can achieve anything.
As I am passionate about planning and coordinating different projects and events, and as I understand how to manage the times of the plans that I am assigned to, I am developing skills as Project manager, following some projects at work, and will attend the PM certification at ITBA as from July 2023.
