Senior User Experience Designer (UX/UI)

• Understanding of the principles of the user journey and interfaces design for both desktop and mobile
• Experience with products which has complex information architecture
• Able to work independently and formulate proposals for further product improvements
• Able to define, collect and analyze the data needed to solve design problems
• Able to control the timing of tasks independently
• Able to discuss and negotiate with product managers, customers, department heads
• Able to review, guide and control the how design guidelines are fulfilled during the development process
• Familiarity with interfaces testing methods
• Able to analyze statistics, collect and test ideas for further product improvement
• Experience with Invision and Figma
• Experience with Sketch, Photoshop 
• Am self-directed, analytical, and work well in an international team environment
