Project history
MBS is a chemical company that was separated from MBCC, specifically in the Admixture process domain. The project operates in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Started as GPO for a carve-out from the MBCC system and now engaged for new factory set up in SAP, managing services from Accenture and CBS who are implementation and consolidation partner respectively. (3 global operation region US CA, Aus and EU to be in 1 single SAP instance)
As the Global Process Owner (GPO) for the PTM process, I am leading the business transformation for the S/4HANA carve-out, covering Global Operations and reporting directly to the Senior Director for Operations (IT). My responsibilities span across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Project Systems (PS), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
The Go-Live was successfully completed and we are now transitioning into a steady-state phase. Currently, I am playing a critical role in aligning Business and IT, ensuring the development and stabilization of MBS’s independent processes for future scalability and efficiency.

As the Production Execution (PEX) Lead from Accenture (the implementation partner), I led a team of 20 professionals, overseeing key decision-making processes related to Fit-to-Standard design. My responsibilities included:
- Conducting workshops with AstraZeneca stakeholders to present solutions,
- Identifying fit-gap analysis,
- Defining the implementation strategy, including Digital Manufacturing integration with MES (PAS-X 3.3.2),
- Ensuring alignment with global business processes to achieve a scalable and standardized global template.
S4 Implementation in the area of SAP PP-PI. ADM is a producing food flavours, and extracts. I was inloved as RPL(Release Product Lead) based out in plant Heidelberg Germany and Berlin Plant.
