* Planning and forecasGng with CTO and team leads for current and future hiring needs on a quarterly
basis for our Munich and Lisbon tech hub.
* Responsible for idenGfying, assessing and closing candidates and for providing outstanding candidate
experience across tech department for the front-end, backend, DevOps, mobile and product team.
Languages and Frameworks: Node.js, Vue.s, Linux, AWS, Python.
* Developing an understanding desired candidate profiles and working together with team leads to create
candidates personas.
* Receiving and reviewing applicaGons, managing technical interviews and coding challenges to sending

* Organized and brainstormed engaging virtual events during covid and aid the management board in
sending out companywide organizaGon surveys.
* Organizing employer branding events, CV Workshops together with HR team to adract potenGal
candidates and help give Gps to beder improve their resumes. Designed the buddy system and
Employee poster.
* Created various documents that could help candidates when relocaGng from outside Germany.
