Project history
Project Overview: As the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) PMO/Project Manager at Danone, I
successfully led the rollout of the SAP IBP Demand Planning module across 20 countries in Europe, ensuring
seamless integration and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
* Strategic Planning and Execution: Directed the comprehensive planning and implementation phases,
ensuring the project met all key milestones and adhered to the established timeline and budget.
* Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently managed a multimillion-euro budget and coordinated
resources across multiple countries, optimizing resource allocation to ensure project success.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Maintained effective communication with country project managers, local
teams, and the central project office, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned and informed throughout
the project lifecycle.
* Coaching and Mentoring: Provided coaching and support to country project managers, enhancing
their project management capabilities and ensuring a consistent approach to project execution across
all regions.
* Risk Management: Identified and mitigated potential risks, preventing disruptions and ensuring the
project stayed on track.
Technical Environment:
* Tools and Technologies: SAP IBP for Demand Planning, Snowflake (data lake) for data integration
and analytics.

continuous improvement.

I initially joined Richemont, for a 3-year Business Transformation project where for the first time it has been decided to
group the 5 Richemont brands (Baume & Mercier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Van Cleef and Arpels, Vacheron Constantin, and
Panerai) to streamline their Supply Chain Processes. I was initially responsible for the functional and technical definition,
implementation and rollout of APO DP and SNP. The challenge was that the 5 brands where very heterogenous and,
there was no one size fits all solution with many stakeholders. This contribution allowed me to get more credit within the
organization and taking more responsibilities within the transformation.
I successfully managed the IWC & still managing Piaget APO Implementation project in an international context. After an
assessment, I took over the management of Anaplan (Supply Chain Planning tool) implementation for Fashion Brands of
Richemont (dunhill and Chloé) through a Hybrid/Agile approach, The roll-out was in the middle of the Covid19
confinement period and we successfully rolled-out remotely which was a challenge. This project required a heavy
integration with the SAP backend which forced us to define a proper Data Governance and Implementation Methodology.
Based on this experience, I provided my support as IT Project Manager to Cartier to implement the Anaplan solution using
the Data Governance and Implementation Methodology from the 9 Richemont Brands previously rolled out.
