As part of BrasilBroker’s digital team, I worked close to developers, users and stakeholders to implement a continental customized software as well as custom made front desk application, that meets each market’s culture and needs. Focusing on reducing double work, data lost and effort to complete tasks.
Implemented the integration of the front desk and back-office systems, SAP and BI tools, reducing paperwork and manual input.
Actively worked on the rollout, also training users on the new platform and new features.
New release of the consumer facing website focusing on search results optimization for users of different regions. All based on user research and gathered data. Integration of the website CMS system with the back office and front desk system optimizing data flow and information quality.
Achieved with this integration a faster availability of assets on the website, increasing the value for recurring users.
