- Develops, implements, and evaluates integrated marketing and brand management plans, department staffing, communications architecture, web site, and microsite, and budget, to optimize institutional visibility and profitability for Point Global Marketing and its clients.
- Accountable for the results of key marketing strategies and plans for Point and its diverse clients.
- Conceptualizes, creates and places external advertising for Point’s marketing & brand development clients.
- Oversees and provides direction in obtaining and utilizing market and competitive analysis.
- Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission.
- Provides marketing expertise and counsel to Point’s Clients
- Oversees media relations, crisis communications, and media events, creates and maintains Point, and speaks for the organization to the media and general public when the CEO is unavailable.
