EDA & PCB Design

I utilize Altium Designer for multi-layer, high-speed digital, and analog PCBs. My recent work focuses on two primary hardware ecosystems:
  1. COREX-H7 (STM32H743): A modular platform including the RFHEALTH-M1 and RFPHASEEQ_M2 for specialized projects, alongside an educational trainer featuring an impedance analyzer, transistor tester, and audio modules.
  2. COREX-7Z (Zynq-7020 FPGA): An FPGA-based ecosystem featuring high-reliability modules such as a MIL-STD-1553B BUS Module and a VGA to STANAG Video Module.
  3. 3U VPX VITA48.2: A rugged ecosystem carrier board designed for Core i3 SOMs, currently in the development pipeline to meet high-performance conduction-cooled standards.
I also use AutoCAD for precise 2D mechanical integration and system layouts to ensure all modules fit perfectly within their intended enclosures.

Power Electronics & PDUs

I have experience designing power distribution solutions, such as the Smart QUAD e-Fuse PDU Board. My work includes developing 200W Rugged Power Supplies specifically designed for harsh environments. I focus on creating reliable power management hardware that incorporates modern protection and monitoring features while maintaining strict compliance with MIL-STD-461E and 704F standards.


System Wiring & Cable Harnessing

I am proficient in MS Visio for creating detailed cable harness diagrams. I have direct experience in cable harness fabrication, soldering, and PCB patching, as well as system integration for aircraft systems to ensure reliability at both the board and interconnect levels.

Rugged Standards

I have intermediate knowledge of MIL-STD-461E (EMI/EMC), 704F (Aircraft Power), and 810G (Environmental). I apply these standards to help ensure hardware remains reliable in demanding or mission-critical environments.


Embedded & SoC

I work on the design and validation of SoC-based systems and various microcontroller architectures, focusing on creating stable and functional hardware foundations for embedded applications.


Testing & Automation
I have hands-on experience developing custom LabVIEW test benches for hardware validation and data acquisition. I am familiar with using National Instruments hardware, including cRIO, cDAQ, sbRIO, myDAQ, and cDAQ platforms for protocol analysis and automated testing.


Component Procurement & Sourcing

I handle the end-to-end process of component sourcing and bill of materials (BOM) management. I am experienced in identifying, sorting, and purchasing parts from global suppliers such as Mouser, DigiKey, LCSC, and AliExpress, ensuring cost-effectiveness and part availability for production.
