I\'m an IT professional with 11 years of actuation in this area and the last 5 years focusing team leadership on project management and systems area operation. Experience on multidisciplinary team management for SAP ERP implementation and also interfaces, CRM, Web Portals, Specialists Systems and contact center systems. Contracts management with suppliers/partners. Ability to work in a matrix management structure. Personal characteristics of leadership, people relationship, team work, planning and entrepreneurship.
I graduated in Brazil, course Production Engineering in 2005. In 2014 initiated a MBA in Business Strategy and finished the course in 2015 with a complementary module at Babson College in Boston - USA. The degree focused in Entrepreneurship.
