Challenge:

A global leading player in the field of defence/security was in search of a showcase to present the application of Edge-AI technology to solve actual use-cases in their domain.

Tasks:

  • Screening of state-of-the-art AI capabilities and selection of implementation showcase
  • Design AI-pipeline (from traning data generation to result integration)
  • Setup of complete MLOps pipeline and solution building

Results:
The interactive showcase was highly praised as an actual working example of using AI technology to support an actual challenge in the defence/security domain. Building confidence in the overall applicability of AI-technology is current and future projects.

Challenge:
CRM development strategies of two company divisions needed to be aligned to support the overall IT system alignment strategy. Working for the smaller division, a strategy and execution plan was needed to respect the divisions specialities within the overall CRM development.

Tasks:
  • Lead of consulting team (3 management/IT consultants)
  • Assessing the divisions sales processes and overlap with overall CRM capabilities/ plan
  • Setup and alignment of an agile development plan to introduce the divisions requirements in the overall process
  • Alignment with management of both divisions as well as CRM program lead
  • Decision preparation for joining of CRM development efforts
Achievements:
The integrated SCRUM-based requirement process convinced both division heads and the CRM program mgmt. to join both programs. Key was the support of the business departments of the smaller division which supported the decision after a transparent process matching and development plan could be detailed to steer the future development. A decision was taken to start the CRM integration of to national market sales organization immediately.

Challenge:
Different pools of customer data were constantly slowing the introduction of new and overarching digital services. Multiple expanses for consent and GDPR-rights mgmt. had lead to high operating costs. A new system was to be setup to take over existing data, being scalable and versatile and to become the central provider of consent- and GDPR-right mgmt. services for customers.

Tasks:
  • Leading consultants and the development team to deliver an integrated solution
  • Structuring consent and GDPR-Mgmt. needs and negotiating with the legal department
  • Fostering new technology approaches to better support the actual business requirements
  • Setting up a continuous testing concept and incorparating business department staff with design and overwatch of test cases
  • Planning the migration
  • Planning the integration of additional systems
Results:
The planned carve-out of customer data was made and the new system was put into production. Especially the legal departments praised the approach and the execution, setting the used methodology as a new role-model for future projects. The project continued with the integration of additional customer-data processing systems.

Challenge:
An ongoing consulting project already achieved good results and appreciations within the companies IT department, although strategy shaping impact could not be made. An internal marketing campaign was needed to show the strategic and tactical capabilities the new IT services offered and to get acknowledgement and support on board level.

  • Planning and executing internal workshops and trainings with business departments to show capabilities
  • Delivering examplary production services with actual business impact (selling more cars)
  • Engaging board level 'digital' department with future strategy concepts
Results:
A short term admission was granted to participate in an ongoing tender for a strategic program. Further, the contract could be won against GAFA-players by showing the gained expertise in boosting automotive business processes and customer services by the use of modern IT approaches.
