Mandate:
- replacement of Veeva CRM by IQVIA CRM (Salesforce core with pharma specific features & porcesses
- 10 countries around the world in 9 months.

I have reported to the global project owner. The goals of this project have unrealistic right from the beginning. Strategic errors led to my decision not to proceed with this project.
Side note: the project went as I projected: not accomplished as planned.

Two different mandates:
1. IT Project Management: re-implementation of a failed CRM implementation based on MS Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and MS Dynamics 365 Marketing

I have build, led and grown the agile pilot project at SEAT Germany:
implementation of an encompassing Salesforce platform for sales, service and marketing.
- from initially 5 to +40 staff within 2 yrs
- In charge of establishing agile principles

- Impediment identification, root cause analysis, definition of counter-activities, implementation, inspection & adaption

GSK & Novartis carved out back in 2016 their consumer good units into a joint new company; this required as well to separate all kinds of data and system.

My responsbility was to take care of the customer care solution (Veeva CRM - based on Salesforce) and BI (QlikTech and SAP) for Germany and Switzerland.

I was part of a European Management Team. Very ambitious project plan with a "must meet project deadline".

In the course of the project, I have quickly taken over all 5 teams of the middleware group with about 80 developers in total; team members around the world. Intercultural competences were crucial.
