Projects context : MxG2000 to Mx.3 upgrades/migrations following the FEM methodology.
Retained for 3 years by Murex Paris in the Migration Operations team, where I have worked
on several FEM migration projects as a Technical Stream Leader. Projects include clients like
Fiat Group (Torino), Standard Bank of S.Africa (Jo/burg), Statkraft (Dusseldorf). Moreover I
was also heavily involved in projects like DZ, Natixis, CA_CIB, JP Morgan, Brevan Howard, as
well as several other POC migrations.
* DB technical conversion MxG2000 to MX3 - troubleshooting and enriching conversion
sequence with customized steps (sql), analysing & fixing db corruptions and failed steps,
delivering MX3 converted envs
* Maintaining conversion Runbook and handling client deliveries.
* On-site presence for several client dress-rehearsals and go-live weekends, representing Murex.
* Performing pre-migration purging and post-migration smoke tests.
* Environment management - Installation/deployment/upgrade of envs, tech support,
assisting project streams with envs/dumps issues etc.
* Configuration management - stabilizing export/import of config items, automating the
process via the mig.sequence, transferring configurations between environments
* Core-fields and extended-fields reconciliation - Generation of data, performing comparison
to generate mismatches, results pre-analysis
