(Help-Desk) covering the modules of Inventory, Sales(OTC), Pricing, Procurement-P2P (Stock,
Non-stock), Requisition, Receipt Routing, Blanket and Quote Order, Transfer Order, Intercompany and
Inter Branch Orders, Customer and Supplier Returns, MRP, DRP, Shop Floor Control, Manufacturing,
Manufacturing Accounting and Product Costing. One other task was to implement Oder Fulfillment for
Accolade Wines to priories Shipment to reduce late Orders for priority Customers, Minimize Back
Orders and bypass Quantity availability check during Sales Order using service level compliance,
Advanced Preference profile that only certain Document Types goes to Fulfillment.

One other requirements to defined and build new process to cover Consignment Warehouse across to
multiple Countries across to Europe. The aim of this process is to fill stock for customer to the
consignment warehouse. This warehouse will be managed by 3rd party and charge Accolade for their
service. This process based of entire EDI Inbound and Outbound processes too. Sales Order sold from
Consignment Warehouse to end customer across to different countries. Replenishment to Consignment
Stock based on Forecast and Multi Branch Plant MRP/DRP to generate Stock Transfer Message (ST/OT)
(SK/OK). Pricing is built through base price and advanced pricing. Shipments and Loads within
priority we are using Fulfilment Process. Process of Consignment covering as well RMA (Return
Material Authorization), credit Note and goods return from Consignment Warehouse back to
Distribution Warehouse. Goods Receipt through Receipt Routing.
