Responsibility Overview :

Proficient in SAP R/3 in MM functional module - Business Process Mapping,
Configuration and Customizing:

Analysis, Preparation and Mapping of MM Organization structure.
Configuration of Master Records such as Material, Vendor and Service Master .
Configuration of document types and number ranges for PR, RFQ and PO .
Configuration of Pricing procedure.
Configuration of Release Strategy for purchasing documents like PR & PO.
Procurement Cycle - PR, PO, Stock Transport Orders, Goods Receipt & Invoice




Verification.
Processing Goods Receipts, Goods Issue and Transfer Postings for Inventory
Management.
Responsible for Automatic Account Determination and Valuation of materials at
plant Level
Configuration of Split valuation for materials procured from domestic and
international market and which are manufactured in-house.
Processing stock transfer and special stocks in inventory like subcontracting and
vendor consignment .
Uploading Material Master, Vendor Master, Info - record, Initial stocks from Legacy
system to SAP for all plants using LSMW.
Providing support to End Users in their day-to-day work.
Handling Issues in the form of Service Requests and reviewing them to meet on time
deliveries in compliance with the SLA.
Providing solutions to users in MM and providing configuration changes whenever
required.
Giving expert support and information to the queries raised by the customer while
changing or creating new configuration settings.
Understanding the business process of the clients & providing consulting services.
Enhancement in the business requirement to constantly improve the process.

Prepared corrective action and rework plan to fix the problem on existing products.
Assisted QA Manager in preparing project's Quality Plan.
Carried out any existing rework action to recover the functionality.
Collected and analyzed the quality measures for the project and make
recommendations to the Project Lead on process and quality improvements.
Ensured conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection,
witness points, etc.
Ensured quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes.
Worked closely with Engineering Development to debug and resolve issues.
Worked with QA/R&D, developed and conducted test processes and procedures.
