Responsibilities:
* Handle production support to the end users.
* Resolve tickets raised by client side through IT Service desk, as per the severity basis
within SLA time.
* Handle issues from order to cash flow (Sales Order, Delivery and Billing) of SAP SD.
* Key Users across the globe on daily basis to resolve the queries.
* Handle output, smart forms and customized report related issues and changes as per business
requirements.
* To create and maintain Customer & Material master data, Pricing condition records etc.
* New role creation and Authorization to End Users with the help of Basis team.
* To provide End user training and testing scripts.
* Analyzing the errors, searching for causes of errors, provided corrective solutions and
suggested for preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
