I´m an individual who enjoys new challenges and goals to achieve. With vast experience in customer service in various industries such as Tourism, Hospitality, Retail and Technology.
My relevant qualifications include my Bachelor´s Degree in Hotel Management (Business Administration).
Also of note is my most recent positions:

• General Coordinator in QMC, C.A and Le Petit Inn, where I coordinate and supervise all the operations and report to the Director´s Board.
• Area Manager (Sales) in the largest Hardware Stores Group in Venezuela.
• As Operations and Administration Manager for CGSCA 2011. In this role, I was responsible from the Administration (Sales, Billing, HR, Supervision of Accounting and daily Operations of the technical personnel). And during my tenure, I successfully had an advancement in the management team and result in each financial term.
• In the Hospitality Industry with more than 10 years experience in departments such as Rooms Division, Reservation, Sales & Marketing, Events & Banquets and Food & Beverage.
