 Provides detailed analysis and troubleshooting of ACLs and firewall rule sets as they relate to application performance
and availability.
 Responds to and appropriately addresses support calls, incidents, and requests related to the network and security
infrastructure including firewall
 Manage WAN infrastructure consists of a fully redundant MPLS cloud designed in hub-and-spoke topology with each
regional Data-center acting as the hub for respective regions and Data-centers in turn have point-to-point MPLS
connectivity. These Data-centers host application portals, directory services, internet break-out, proxy services etc.
 They also have SEA (Secured Environment Architecture) servers for lab-testing purposes which are secured by
appliances such as HP Tipping Point NGFW, Checkpoint, Fortigate etc.
 Network-edge security is mostly implemented on Checkpoint platform with IPS services hosted on HP Tipping Point
IPS Engine. Fortigate/Websense provides forward proxy services.
