Professional Experience
I support industrial companies in the operational implementation of transformation programs, particularly where organizational change, business processes and IT systems need to be aligned.
With more than 20 years of experience at the interface between business and IT, I have worked in various roles including project manager, transformation manager, business integration specialist and demand management lead.
My focus is on ERP implementations, international rollouts and organizational transformation initiatives. I combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and support projects from initial structuring through to operational implementation within the organization.
Throughout my career I have worked with both international corporations and mid-sized industrial companies, including projects at Kärcher, Daimler, tesa SE and most recently Stern-Wywiol Gruppe.

Project history
