Project history
- Primary point of contact for overall implementation and deployment
- Responsible for successful execution of the planning, design, implementation & hypercare.
- Lead the project plan to drive deliverables and meet milestones
- Review and Contribute to a business and technical blueprint and solution Architecture.
- Organize and conduct fit-gap, design and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Oversees and provides direction and guidance to Process Experts, work stream leads, Functional consultants, technical consultants and Ariba shared service center team to ensure strong co-ordination of efforts amongst them.
- Manage project scope and utilize appropriate change control mechanisms from inception to closure.
- Track and report project progress in an objective and consistent manner.
- Identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues leveraging escalation processes as appropriate.
- Identify key internal and external project stakeholders, clarify roles/responsibilities and employ communication strategies to ensure stakeholder support and satisfaction.

Transformation initiative:
* O2F2C Program (SAP ERP)
* Soure-2-Contract(S2C) Program(SAP Ariba)
* Procure-2Pay (P2P) Program(SAP-Ariba Guided buying)
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Setup Program as per the PMP methodology.
* Identifies stakeholders and develops adequate resource plan to
support program, ensures resources are mobilized across the Philips
organizations and Partners (Accenture, SAP, Wipro, Tech Mahindra
and CAP Gemini)
* Conducted scoping meetings and blueprinting sessions for gathering
requirements to identify all GAP's/RICEFW's needed by the business
and IT.
* Oversees and provides direction and guidance to various Process
Experts, Project managers of work streams and team to ensure
strong co-ordination of efforts amongst them.
* Ensure smooth deployment of processes and IT solutions in the
Markets and Business groups across the company.
* Established, documented and executed Design Authority, Change
Control board and Hyper care support.
* Consolidates and communicates project status to stakeholders as per
established governance model and ensures awareness of significant
changes to the program status in a timely manner.
* Identifies program risks, develops mitigation plans, monitors, and
controls project risks.
* Manages, monitors, and controls overall program performance,
makes necessary adjustments based on priorities and issues together
with Steering committee
* Maintains strong relationships and communication with Executive

technology platform that enables Wolters Kluwer to focus on developing
products that are tailored to the needs of customers and supports mobile and
cloud applications.
Tasks and responsibilities:

o Defining and creating repeatable Portfolio Management
process.
o Defining and deploying Project Exception handling process.
* Acted as Product Owner/Manager in creating of Enterprise Project
Portfolio Management IT-System.
o Collaborate with nearly two-dozen stakeholders ( Technical,
Project Management, Tax, PMO financial and Executive
Management) to gather Business requirements.
