2008-2017, Venezuela,(INGERCAD), Construction Manager, Develop, works first of consulting engineering, in this company for PDVSA, in several of the plants of the refinery both in Amuay, as in Cardon, then I was in charge of several projects of Constructions, for the same company and for the same client. Until 2013, in which I was assigned, as construction manager, for the You tong Venezuela Plant. Achievements: Improvements in terms of the productivity of the crews Decrease in the Hours Man Forecasted, Good construction strengths.
1992-1997,Venezuela DEN SPIE, Construction Manager, In Den Spie, I started working as Head of the technical room, and then several projects, where I developed the management of Electricity, Mechanics, Civil and Instrumentation. I was directing more than 600 workers in each project (I had not received my degree yet. of engineer). Achievements: Reduce the man hours of the projects, reduce the time scheduled to finish the projects, general coordination with the client, development of planning strategies, for the arrival of materials and equipment, safety recognitions, by man hours without accidents, Keep the projects within the Budget.

Then, the construction of Major Projects, such as Super Octane (MTBE) and other plants of the Petrochemical industry. Although I was not an Engineer, the company appreciated my knowledge in the Organization of Activities and planning. Achievements: General Direction of the activities of Production, Estimation of the costs and development of strategies for the decrease of the same. Culmination and delivery of the projects. HH, no accidents. Start and start. Quality control of activities.

I have worked all my life in construction, first Edifications, then electrical distribution lines, during that time, I only had my degree as an Technical electrician, I was supervisor and then superintendent, then I received my degree as a superior technician in instrumentation and started to work in the oil industry, I had handle some important projects and then at the end of 2012, I finished my degree as a superior technician in refining and petrochemical, with which my knowledge in instrumentation was updated and improved upon knowing the process, in 2013, I received my degree of engineer in refining and petrochemical, so I was manager of electro mechanical in several projects, work in design, many years before being an engineer, directing the department of electricity and instrumentation. I had more than 30 years of experience in construction of engineering projects and more than 10 years of experience in Design.
I have worked as electrical supervisor, instrument supervisor, mechanical leader and director of work in some plants in my country, (Superoctanos, Supermetanol with Italian technology, Maraven, Lagoven, with American technology) in my latest jobs I was the electromechanical Manager, for the construction in Venezuela of the You Tong plant (Chinese technology). I have worked too, in gas net construction, with piping of, 30", 24" and 12", for PDVSA. I have worked in engineering design, for ABB-Vepica (by contract), in electrical and instruments as design technician and supervisor.
