- Agile Coaching: Providing clarity on the agile maturity of all product teams and their features teams through the adidas internal Success Framework with +30 metrics from product set-up to planning, cooperation, DevOps and continuous delivery
- Cooperation with an international Agile Coaches team, OKR consulting: Moderation of workshops with the teams and management
- Implementation of LeSS principles for the scaled team structure, focus on cross-team events like Product Team Refinement, Product Team Planning and Global Reviews
- Leadership Coaching in the fulfillment of new agile roles: responsibilities and role descriptions, stakeholder management through stakeholder mapping and personal leadership coaching sessions
- Creation of the Agile Playbook in Confluence for the onboarding of the growing product area, implementation of Flow Metrics and Flight Level methodologies with examples and success cases.
