Data Synchronization Across Multiple APIs with Zoho CRM Integration
I developed a Python project from scratch to synchronize data from multiple external APIs and efficiently import it into various Zoho CRM modules. The solution was designed to be scalable, optimizing both data collection and the upload process to the CRM.
The script employs parallel tasks to minimize data collection times from the APIs, implementing concurrency handling strategies and exception management to ensure a stable data flow. Additionally, it includes a bulk status tracking system for data uploaded to Zoho, enabling precise monitoring of each operation's success and effectively managing potential synchronization errors.
This approach not only optimized processing times but also ensured data integrity, adapting to the client's dynamic needs and the specific requirements of each API involved.
