I have been working as Contract Manager for more than 10 years providing support to Argentina, US, UK and Brazil at Accenture. My main expertise is the review and draft of contracts (Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, RFPs, NDAs, etc.). I also am involved in data privacy and policy regulation and provisions, and negotiation with external and internal clients and make sure that all teams (as finance, business, sales) work collaborative to achieve their goals.

Project history
I am part of the Contract Management team since 2012 (started as level 11 and currently level 7, Manager). My main activities are contract drafting (SOWs, Change Orders, etc.), support in mobilization, drafting and signature of Local Services Agreements, flowdowns, contract queries and regular interaction and negotiation with the internal and external client and other internal account teams as finance or delivery teams. I also worked as a local supervisor for the Argentina CM team and supervise a team of 30 members.
