Role Description
Project scope : module FI, FI-AA, MM, SD, PP-PI, QM, MM-WM
* The aim of this project was to implement SAP R3 to replace the Comet system, which could
not be used after the year 2000. It was necessary to enhance the previous functionality while
implementing new ones that would meet the needs of the processes proper of a
pharmaceutical company. The project started in October 1997 and went live in January 1999.
It was followed by the support project, which lasted until 2004.
My role:
* SAP Functional Specialist in the PP-PI and QM areas
* Project Manager Assistant
* Project Manager (after 5 months)
Main responsibilities:
* business blueprint for the PP and QM modules
* customizing, key user training in the PP-PI, QM modules
* identifying and designing integration links between the different modules
* coordinating communication among the team of consultants (7)
* communicating with customers
