ServiceNow Request Automated Fulfilment
•    Have done successful proof of concept to demonstrate how the Service requests from ServiceNow can be automated using the ServiceNow API streamlined through Azure API management.
•    Designed the solution to Automate catalog request items fulfilment for Microsoft 365 services. Implemented the solution with a team including the Service owner and the service provider.
•    Solution includes different elements on the public cloud - Azure LogicApps, Azure Automation with a Hybrid worker on an Azure VM to connect to on-premise AD & Exchange server. Azure Table Storage to track the requests to closure and feed reporting. Azure Monitor Logs used for logging all events and streamed it to Power BI. Power App for the Operations team to take action as necessary for any failures.
•    Completed the cost analysis on Azure for all the resources involved in the solution and created automated reports and notifications showing the performance of Automation.

Modern Workplace Operations Dashboard
•    Designed a data architecture to get all the data relevant to Modern Workplace - Devices & Microsoft 365 from different sources to a data repository.
•    Used Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions in Python, Azure Automation and Azure Log Analytics to get the data streamed to the Snowflake Database.
•    Developed queries using Kusto Query language to retrieve the data from the Log Analytics Workplace.
•    With data from all sources, designed and developed a dashboard in Power BI to monitor everything happening within the services.

Viva Insights
•    As an operations architect within the Modern Workplace Team, have designed approach to implement Microsoft Viva Insights - Advanced Insights, previously known as Workplace Analytics.
•    Worked together with Senior Management team in identifying the use cases and have designed the Analytics queries within Microsoft Viva to derive the insights.
•    Designed and developed custom dashboards in Power BI to demonstrate the capabilities and insights to senior leadership team including board members.

Network Drive to OneDrive Data Migration
•    As a technical specialist on the project, have carried out initial analysis using Power BI in order to identify the clusters of users with high volume of data on their home drives on network.
•    Have designed and created an automated solution using Power Automate and Microsoft Lists to automatically send reminders to users, get responses and publish them as Power BI reports to all stakeholders of the project.
•    Designed approach using the Azure DataBox approach to physically move the data from on-premise data centre to Azure Blob Storage and further created scripts using PowerShell to move data to user specific OneDrive. Used the SharePoint Migration tool to do the overall migration.

* Worked as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in the Smart Metering programme and
in the Customer Contact Platform (CCP) programme for a client in Energy industry.

* Within the Smart Metering programme, automated the test cases to create and update the
regression test packs using Java. Automated deployment tasks and regression using Jenkins.

* On the CCP programme, created test utilities using Python to support the manual test team and test
leads with the test setup and regression testing. Extensively using Postman and Fiddler tools to find
root cause to the bugs in the underlying web services.

* Worked in different roles in the Service based organisation at client location primarily in the UK.
Have experience in handling projects, stakeholder management, coordination between client and
the offshore team, management reporting.

* Have led the Annual Canvas team in collecting the data from different council in UK, processing it
and loading to the large databases on Model204 to feed the credit reports.

* Started as a Developer in the Database Group team that does the extract, transform and Load of the
Business Information data from different data sources. Over the course of 6 years moved to be the
Team lead handling the day to day activities and changes to data processing from multiple sources
to update the relevant databases.

* During my tenure as Onshore coordinator, I was responsible for deliverables to the client and
managing the KPIs, raising the work packets and maintaining the client relationship.

* As a Tech lead, I was responsible for creating the technical specifications to fulfil the Business
requirements after appropriate discussions with the Business users and project stakeholders. Have
got experience in taking the specifications through the Design authority for approval.

* Some of the major projects handled are - Voters Roll Database Split, Annual Canvas, Commercial
CAIS, Companies Act Changes
