- Disciplinary and functional management of 3 cross-functional IT-Teams
- Responsible for the following areas within the IT-Department:
people management, people development, hiring, on and off-boarding, performance and
transparency, agile-leadership
- Strategical planning of the IT-Teams, their resizing and development
- Ongoing development of the agile development processes, feedback culture and
transparency within the IT-department
- Development, implementation and the systematic conduct of the development talks with the
employees
- Implementation and Coaching of the self-management culture within the IT
- Organization, coordination and conduct of the whole SCRUM-Process within the company
- Independent and self-reliant contract and bill audit
- co-creator of IT-Strategy and the Target-Operating-Models
- Being a part of the implementation team dealing with the agile transformation necessary for
the requirement-engineering as well as with the change processes within the whole company
- Being co-responsible for the implementation of the Offshore-IT
- Independent derivation and implementation of the new team-setup as well as
implementation of the on-call duty concept based on the IT-strategy
- Co-development of a special program concerning the employees' career development within
the company
- Independent and self-reliant implementation of the SCRUM-method in IT-Teams
- Conduct of the innovation programs
